 Directions From Bungay
Take the A144 heading towards Halesworth
After approx 4 miles you will enter a 30mph zone.
Take the first right after entering the 30 mph zone onto Grub lane (see below for continuation)
The turning is opposite a school.
If you come to the Hounds & Huntsman you have gone ¼ mile too far.
Directions From Halesworth
Take the A144 heading towards Bungay
You will enter a 30 mph zone
You will pass the Hounds & Huntsman pub on your LHS.
Take the next left turn, opposite the school onto Grub lane (see below for continuation)
Directions from Grub Lane
Follow the road round a sharp left hand bend
100 yds later the road will make a sharp right bend, take a left turn on this bend onto Hall Lane. Do not follow Grub Lane around the right bend. If you see the village sign for Rumburgh on your RHS you have missed the turn by 10 yds.
You will pass 2 redbrick houses on the LHS.
The entrance to Phoenix Equestrian Centre is the 3 driveway on the left, through some red iron gates. If you come to a left bend in the road you have passed the entrances by approx 200 yds.
